I am Mylah Snyder, and I truly believe that a photograph can change the way we see the world. Through the lens of my camera, I am able to capture the unique details as well as the vast grandeur of the landscape I am exploring.  From desert plains to red arches to green mountain tops, Utah is an amazing place to live and work. I chose to study photography at Utah Tech University when I realized that I was happiest when I was out with my camera.

I am very inspired by nature. I love that it is so large that is stretches on forever, but it is also so small that we can’t even see the details with our bare eyes. I love how nature works together and is all connected. I love how you can never see the same sunset twice. All these things are what inspire my art form when I try to capture the natural world. I strive to better understand how it works and why.

Photography has taught me to not only look for beauty, but to really see it on a deeper level. My photographs portray that same beauty and never-ending wonders I see in the world. I strive to capture the beauty in the world around me so I can guide all those who see my work on a journey through natures greatest scenes.
